Welcome to the picture gallery of stills from a recent wedding video,
all of these are frames from the video, not photographer's nor posed shots.

Please wait, there are a lot of pictures, they may take a time to load depending on your internet connection method, thanks for your patience.

A typical video starts with shots of the church or sanctioned civic venue.

It covers the arrival of the groom, guests, attendants, and the bride.

The service or ceremony (subject to the celebrant's permission).

Informal pictures during the photographer's session.

Arriving at the reception: welcoming guests.

I always work around the photographer, I do not impede their work, nor repeat their shots. I believe that the photographs and video should complement not compete. I leave the posed shots for the wedding album. I aim to capture the smallest details and the bigger picture of the day.

Cutting the cake and the speeches.

I choose an inconspicuous position to record from that does not intimidate the speakers nor obstruct the view of the guests.

Evening guests arriving and the first dance. I work with the DJ to capture the evening as naturally as possible.

After the evening buffet further recording of the dancing and the bride and groom leaving.

If you will be having live entertainment it is courteous to inform them that you will be having a video at the time of booking or reconfirmation . I've never known anyone to object.

The video is finished off with a montage of shots from the day set to music of your choice.
